Policies

With your safety in mind we reserve the right to alter trips upon our discretion due to weather or unpredictable events. In the event we change a trip due to weather the price of the trip remains the same if it is a comparable length.

  • A great deal of preparation accompanies your reservation requiring the following cancellation policy: 50% may be refundable if your reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before the reservation date. Cancellations/Refunds are less a $25.00 per person cancellation fee if eligible. Cancellations inside 72 hours of tour or rental departures are not subject to refund and will be charge the full balance.
  • No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds. Although we may allow a one-time change within the same year based upon availability and circumstance. Changes will incur a change fee of $15.00 per person.
  • Any participant under the age of 18 years must have a Release Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Your waivers are available on location or by email upon request.
  • Minimum age requirements are 4 years old for all trip lengths, to drive a machine under the age of 18 years you must have a valid driver license, and to drive a machine with a passenger you must be 18 years old.
  • We refuse service to anyone under the influence of Drugs/Alcohol prior to or during any activity with Pirate Backcountry Adventures and in turn you immediately forfeit refund.
  • Healthy fitness level is Always Recommended.
  • By making a deposit to Ice Pirates Backcountry Adventures you are stating that you understand, acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies.
  • Our trips depart rain, snow or shine. In order to maintain our schedule we ask that you arrive on time as not to miss your trip. A one-time change may be allowed and a change fee applied in order to change a trip time if you miss your departure under reasonable circumstances. -We truly appreciate your choosing IPirate Backcountry Adventures.
  • We ask everyone to arrive 30 min prior to trip time to ensure enough time for paperwork and an on schedule departure.

Sharing of Personal Information:
Ice Pirates Backcountry Adventures LLC DBA Pirate Backcountry Adventures, Rock Pirates will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.
 
Opting Out of Text Messages:
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Pirate Backcountry Adventures, Rock Pirates at any time. To opt-out, you can reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
