BACKCOUNTRY SNOWMOBILE EXPERIENCE

Price = $350 + Tour Fee (Driver ONLY)

Level up to the Colorado backcountry and ride where the locals ride. Perfect for previous riders, people who know what “braaap” means, adrenaline junkies and those looking for an epic adventure. Previous backcountry snowmobiling experience is preferred, but not necessary. Be prepared for a full day of powder riding – and don’t forget your camera – there will be awesome sights! The tours begin at base camp on the top of Molas Pass and lunch is included.

Don’t have a ride north of the ski area to our outpost? An 8AM pickup at Purgatory Mountain for a 2 HOUR snowmobile tour up on Molas Pass. Back down the mountain by 11:45AM.

Sold exclusively through Durango & Silverton Narrow Gage Railroad’s call center or website. Board the train at 10AM and ride it through the Cascade Canyon wilderness. After lunch, deboard at the Rockwood Station where Ice Pirates shuttles you to our outpost for a 2 HOUR snowmobile tour. Guests receive transportation back to the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gage Railroad Depot.
